At Feminine Glow, we are committed to delivering your beauty products safely, efficiently, and on time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within South Africa.
At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for delivery.

Please note:
If an item is temporarily out of stock locally, it may need to be imported. In such cases, customers will be notified if there is an extended delivery timeframe.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Local shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service

While we aim to meet these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or external factors beyond our control.

Courier Services

Our default courier partner is Aramex.
In some cases, The Courier Guy may be used as an alternative delivery option.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders over R1,000

  • Orders under R1,000 will have shipping calculated at checkout

Shipping costs will be displayed before final payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via email, allowing you to track your delivery.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Feminine Glow will not be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

  • If a re-delivery is required and the courier applies an additional charge, this cost will be passed on to the customer.
